Flooding events increase, but not every flood is the same. Flood prevention concepts have to be adaptable to the specific needs on site and the respective budgets. Taking both civil and environmental protection into account, our versatile flood prevention systems are built to meet a wide range of requirements.

Rivers and coastal regions, both traditional human habitats, have been increasingly altered by settle- ment. River straightening and narrowing, the de- velopment of floodplains, and the clearing and sea- ling of green spaces reduce the necessary buffer zones – to such an extent, that heavy weather events cause immense human and economic damage.

In many cases, it is possible to prepare. Municipali- ties are well advised to learn from what they have neglected in the past and to introduce concepts that help preventing what can be prevented.

To address different on-site situations, we offer three series of floodwall systems, starting with the low-cost P- System, available at short notice, to the more robust and project-specific E-System, to the high-capacity H-System for protection against extreme flood heights.
